Choose the right cutting method
Saw type and cutting method depend on depth, orientation, reinforcement, access, required finish, adjacent conditions and project requirements.
Scanning may be appropriate first
Existing concrete can contain reinforcement and building systems. The provider may recommend scanning or other investigation before certain cuts are made.
Commercial and industrial work
Renovations, tenant improvements, MEP modifications, equipment installation and facility changes frequently require controlled concrete cutting.
Plan for access and containment
Noise, slurry, dust, water, debris, access and occupied-space protection may affect the work plan and should be described during intake.
